<br />of $680,000;
<br />5. Agreement for Services with Colorado Martin/Martin Inc. (Martin/Martin
<br />Consulting Engineers) for a three-year term in an amount not to exceed
<br />$720,000, with the City Manager authorized to extend the Agreement for two
<br />additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $240,000 per year, for a
<br />maximum not-to-exceed amount of $1,200,000;
<br />6. Agreement for Services with Moore Iacofano Goltsman, Incorporated (MIG) for
<br />a three-year term in an amount not to exceed $200,000, with the City Manager
<br />authorized to extend the Agreement for two additional one-year periods in an
<br />amount not to exceed $70,000 per year, for a maximum not-to-exceed amount
<br />of $340,000;
<br />7. Agreement for Services with PEC Water, Inc. (PEC) for a three-year term in an
<br />amount not to exceed $750,000, with the City Manager authorized to extend the
<br />Agreement for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed
<br />$250,000 per year, for a maximum not-to-exceed amount of $1,250,000;
<br />8. Agreement for Services with RRM Design Group for a three-year term in an
<br />amount not to exceed $400,000, with the City Manager authorized to extend the
<br />Agreement for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed
<br />$140,000 per year, for a maximum not-to-exceed amount of $680,000;
<br />9. Agreement for Services with Salas O’Brien Engineers, Inc. (Salas O’Brien) for a
<br />three-year term in an amount not to exceed $100,000, with the City Manager
<br />authorized to extend the Agreement for two additional one-year periods in an
<br />amount not to exceed $40,000 per year, for a maximum not-to-exceed amount
<br />of $180,000;
<br />10. Agreement for Services with Schaaf & Wheeler Consulting Civil Engineers, Inc.
<br />(Schaaf & Wheeler) for a three-year term in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000,
<br />with the City Manager authorized to extend the Agreement for two additional
<br />one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $300,000 per year, for a maximum
<br />not-to-exceed amount of $1,600,000;
<br />11. Agreement for Services with Donald M. Duggan dba Skyrak Engineering
<br />Services (Skyrak) for a three-year term in an amount not to exceed $300,000, with
<br />the City Manager authorized to extend the Agreement for two additional one-
<br />year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per year, for a maximum not-
<br />to-exceed amount of $500,000;
<br />12. Agreement for Services with S.S.A. Landscape Architects, Inc. (SSA Landscape
<br />Architects) for a three-year term in an amount not to exceed $200,000, with the
<br />City Manager authorized to extend the Agreement for two additional one-year
<br />periods in an amount not to exceed $70,000 per year, for a maximum not-to-
<br />exceed amount of $340,000;
