Green Building Code Ordinance. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1. Conduct a public hearing and second reading on adoption of the Green <br /> Building Code (first reading on October 12, 2009). (305) <br /> Mr. Chang, Director of Building, Infrastructure and Transportation made himself available <br /> to answer questions. There were none and Council stated its agreement with this action. <br /> Mayor Foust opened the public hearing. There was no public comment. <br /> M/S Ira/Pierce to close the public hearing. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> 2. Adopt the Green Building Code ordinance and the resolution on local <br /> conditions with the Finding of Facts pursuant to Government Code §50022.3. <br /> M/S Pierce/Ira to adopt the ordinance.
