10. That the amount of money which it is proposed the City <br />contribute towards the cost and expense of acquisitions and <br />improvements herein proposed is none <br />11. It is proposed that bonds be issued in the amount of <br />$1.,000.,000 and that the maximum number of years the bonds are to <br />run is 30 years, and that the maximum rate of interest to be <br />payable thereon is not in excess of six per cent (61,6 per annum. <br />12. That the limits, as stated in the petition, as to time <br />and rate upon any ad valorem assessments which may be levied upon <br />the taxable real property in the district for the purposes permit- <br />ted pursuant to said Law, are thirty --one (31 ) years from the date <br />of the bonds, and as to rate, fifty cents ($0.50) on each One <br />Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of assessed valuation. <br />13. It is proposed that the City continue to maintain parking . <br />meters on the following public ways within the district: <br />On the northerly and northeasterly side of Staiabaugh <br />Street between Main Street and Walnut Street, the southerly <br />side of Stambaugh Street between Main Street and the westerly <br />line of Mezesville Pain Street Lots; both sides of Main Street: <br />between Middlefield Road and a point 175 feet, more or less, <br />northerly of Broadway; both sides of Jefferson Avenue between <br />Niddlefield Road and Marshall Street; both sides of Middle- - <br />field Read between Theater Street and Broadway and between <br />Jefferson A and Main Street; the northeasterly side of <br />Middlefield Road between Theater Street and Jefferson Avenue; <br />the easterly side of Middlefield Road between Broadway and a <br />point 132 feet, more or less, northerly thereof; the westerly <br />side of Middlefield Road between Broadway and Marshall. Street; <br />both sides of Hamilton Street between Marshall Street and <br />Theater Street; both sides of Theater Street between Hamilton <br />Street and Middlefield Road; the southeasterly side of Mar- <br />shall Street between Arguello Street and Winslow Street; the <br />southerly side of Marshall Street between Hamilton Street and <br />Middlefield Road; the northerly side of Marshall. Street be- <br />tween the easterly line of Lot 1 Block 2, Town of Mezesvill.e, <br />and Jefferson A both sides of Winslow. Street between <br />Iviarsha.11 Street and Pennsylvania Aven,ue; the northeasterly <br />side of Arguello Street between Marshall Street and Broadway; <br />both sides of Broadway between Walnut Street and Arguello <br />Streetw <br />It is also proposed that the City continue to maintain parking <br />meters on the following public ways within the Central Business <br />District but outside of the parking district: <br />-5- <br />
