On both sides of Broadway between Walnut Street and <br />Spring Street and between California Street and Arch Street; <br />on the southerly side of Broadway between Railroad Avenue <br />and California Street; on both sides of El Camino Read: between <br />Broadway and Brewster Avenue; on the southeasterly side of <br />Brewster Avenue between Arch Street and Perry Avenue; on the <br />southwesterly side of Ferry avenue between Broadway and Brew- <br />ster avenue; on the westerly and southwesterly sides of Cali- <br />fornia Street between James avenue and Broadway; on the east- <br />erly side of California Street between Broadway and a point <br />150 feet, more or less, southerly of Wincklebleck Street; on <br />both sides of Wincklebleck Street between El Camino Real and <br />the intersection of James and Railroad avenues; on the south- <br />easterly side of James Avenue between E1 Camino Real and <br />Franklin Street; on the northwesterly side of James Avenue <br />between California Street and Franklin Street; on both sides <br />of Franklin Street between James .Avenue and a point 108 feet, <br />more or less, southeasterly thereof; on the southwesterly side <br />of Stambaugh Street between the easterly line of Mezesville <br />Main Street Lots and Walnut Street; on the northwesterly side <br />of Marshall Street between Arguello Street and Warren Street; <br />on the northerly side of Marshall Street between Hamilton <br />Street and the easterly lane of Lot 1, Block 2, Town of Mezes- <br />ville; on the northeasterly side-of Arguello Street between <br />Marshall Street and a point 125 feet, more or less, north- <br />westerly of Bradford Street; on the southwesterl side of <br />Sprang Street between Maple Street, and a point 5 feet, more <br />or less, northwesterly thereof. <br />14. It is proposed that said parking meters be maintained as <br />long as any of said bonds or interest thereon remain unp aid, sub- <br />ject to the provisions of said Law relating to the elimination of <br />parking meters or any thereof. The City shall also install and <br />maintain parking meters on other such public ways within the Park- <br />ing District or outside the Parking District but within the Central <br />Business District of the City as the City Council shall from time <br />to time find and determine that the public interest, convenience <br />and necessity require to be installed and maintained. <br />15. That the portion of the net revenues of said on- street <br />meters to be allocated and pledged, as stated in the petition, is <br />all of that part of two- thirds (2 /3rds) of the annual net revenues <br />of the on- street parking net revenues to be received by it from the <br />parking meters now or hereafter installed and maintained on streets <br />within and without the Parking District, but within the Central <br />Business District of the City, which is necessary to pay the annual <br />principal of and interest on the off - street parking bonds to be, <br />issued herein, after having applied thereto the net revenues to be <br />
