Do not approve resolution authorizing employment for the position of Interim City <br />Attorney and ask the ad-hoc committee to renegotiate the terms and conditions <br />of the employment. <br />2. Direct staff to identify and recruit alternative candidates for the position of Interim <br />City Attorney. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />At this time, salary costs will be paid using funding available in the approved FY 2010- <br />2011 budget for the vacant City Attorney position.
