<br />6.28 <br />Based on the three bids received, staff believes that the low bid submitted by All Fente>age 2 <br />Company, Inc. of Redwood City is reasonable and responsive, and recommends <br />awarding the construction of this project to All Fence Company. Inc. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />Council may choose not to approve the proposed project and/or funding, and direct staff <br />to seek other solutions, modify the existing scope of work, or solicit additional bids. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Staff requests an appropriation of $100,000.00 to fund the cost of the construction <br />contract and administration by staff.
