3. That the City Attorney of the City of Redwood City is <br />hereby ordered and directed to commence proceedings in eminent <br />domain against the owners of said parcels of land and of any and <br />all interest therein or claims thereto, for the condemnation <br />thereof for the public use of the City of Redwood City as afore- <br />said and to obtain immediate possession and use of said property. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City at a regular adjourned meeting thereof held on the 23rd day <br />of May, 1955, by the following vote: <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the <br />foregoing resolution, Councilmen BRITSCHGI, GRANGER, JONES, ROYER, <br />SPILLERS, STOUT and HERKNER. <br />NOES, Councilmen: NONE <br />ABSENT, Councilmen: NONE <br />S.
