<br />Recommendation: <br />Approve, by motion, two professional service agreements identified below as part <br />of the water master planning effort, and authorize the City Manager to increase the <br />contract amounts up to 100/0 if necessary. <br /> <br />1. West Yost Associates (West Yost) in an amount not to exceed $328,618 for <br />consulting engineering services to provide water system modeling, capacity <br />assessment, and overall coordination of the work product. <br /> <br />2. G & E Engineering Systems, Inc. (G & E) in an amount not to exceed $128,290 <br />for consulting engineering services to perform a seismic vulnerability study and <br />pipeline condition assessment. <br /> <br />6.2 Section - Resolution <br /> <br />A. Adopt a resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City making <br />findings as a responsible agency pursuant to the California Environmental <br />Quality Act in connection with approval of a Memorandum of Agreement with <br />the City and County of San Francisco for the Bay Division Pipeline No. 5 <br />Project. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY MAKING <br />FINDINGS AS A RESPONSIBLE AGENCY PURSUANT TO THE CALIFORNIA <br />ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT IN CONNECTION WITH APPROVAL OF A <br />MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY AND COUNTY OF SAN <br />FRANCISCO FOR THE BAY DIVISION PIPELINE NO.5 PROJECT <br /> <br />2. Approve, by motion, the Memorandum of Agreement between the City and <br />County of San Francisco and the City of Redwood City on the construction of <br />the Bay Division Pipeline No. 5 Project, and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute same, and as required, amend the engineering permit conditions in the <br />MOA. <br /> <br />6.3 Section - Claims and Warrants <br /> <br />A.
