Continued Funding for Human Services Financial Assistance Program and <br />Redwood Family House. <br /> <br />Staff contact: Teri Chin, Human Services Manager 780-7510 tchin@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />The Housing and Human Concerns Committee recommends that the City continue <br />to fund the Human Services Financial Assistance Program (HSFA) and Redwood <br />Family House at current levels and that if any reductions need to be made, they be <br />done proportionate to the percentage taken Citywide. <br /> <br />8. PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />A. Extension of the Temporary Moratorium on the Establishment and Operation of <br />Medical Marijuana Collectives. <br /> <br />Staff contact: Sailesh Mehra, Associate Planner 780-7278 smehra@redwoodcity.org <br /> <br />1 ) Staff Report; <br /> <br />2) Open public hearing; <br /> <br />3) Hear public comment; <br /> <br />4) Close public hearing; <br /> <br />5) Council discussion; <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Waive reading and extend a temporary moratorium on the establishment and <br />operation of medical marijuana collectives for a maximum period of 22 months <br />and 15 days, by 4/5 majority of the City Council. <br /> <br />2.
