The Assignment. We understand that the City is continuing to process the Saltworks Development Proposal. "Ihc City has requested that we assist ("lty Staff in the selection of a lead en\.ironmental consultant and team and help to manage the on-going process. This would include assistance in the set up of an organizational structure, schedule and communication strategy, managing the scoping process, taking part in the selection of the environmental team members and on-going review and coordination of en\Tironmental documentation. We now anticipate that our team's work would move ahead in tbree main phases over the next 6 months: Phase One Environmental Consultant Team Selection Process - where we work with the City to craft an RFQ and overall selection process to identify the lead environmental consultant and team. Phase Two Notice of Preparation and Scoping-whctcwe ",.ould work with the team and selected lead environmental consultant to craft the: NOP, seoping approach and public meeting schedule. Phase Three On-going Review and Management - This phase would include on-going coordination and revie\\' with the team, including review of draft enY1ronmental studies, management of schedule, and assistance with the communication strategy. At the completion of the 6 month term, an updated scope of services will be prepared.
