This would include advice and direction on <br />approaches to analysis. sequence of subject materials for document(s), re,;euf.and editing of draft <br />text, interpretation of CEQA and NEP A guidelines, advice on applicable $tace and federal <br />legislation, and on "going communication support for the City and Re\ri.ew Team. <br /> <br />On-going Administration, Archiving and Coordination <br />This scope also includes all review and administration of sub-consultant contracts directly <br />contracted to Hart Howerton. In additio~ all arcluving, coordination of materials and distribution <br />of infortnation as needed to ensure that all consultants and City staffhave the most up to date <br />materials and information. TIUs budget is reflected in #101 in our attached SOY. <br /> <br />Schedule <br />'lbe following conceptual 6-month schedule has been prepared for this Addendum, please review <br />the attached Schedule oEValues (SOV) for a tnore detailed timeline and fees: <br /> <br />Phase I - Enviromental Team Selection Process <br />Phase II - Preparation of NOP and Seoping <br />Phase III - On-going review and oversight <br /> <br />8-10 weeks <br />6-8 weeks <br />4-6 weeks <br /> <br />Total.. Maximum of 24 weeks (6 months) <br /> <br />Fees and Contract <br />~'e propose to do tbe above Scope of Sen'ices on our regular hourly fee basis.
