If simulations show that compliance with IEEE 519 cennot be achieved with the <br />equipment shown on the Drawings, include In the report the manufacture"'s , <br />recommended design modifications needed to ensure compliance with <br />IEEE 519. Include additional simulation data for the recommended system <br />demonstrating compliance. Simulation shall include specific filtering or <br />impedance modifications necessary. Perform and submit a report on the <br />results of a power factor analysis and document any special switching <br />requirements necessary to eliminate filter Induced leading power factors. <br />3. Submit sketches of the revised single line diagram and a revised scale drawing <br />of the equipment room layout. Room layout shall show location and mounting <br />requirements for filters, reactors, or other devlce~ required. All additional <br />equipment shall meet the seismic anchorage requirements as described In <br />Paragraph F of this Section. <br />4. Simulation report, analysis. and design shall be Included In the Contractor's bid <br />price. <br />5. Additional filters, reactors, enclosures, conduit, wire, and all other components <br />necessary for a fully functioning system complying with IEEE 519 for general <br />systems shall be Included In the Contractor's bid price. <br /> <br />E. Regarding the seismic anchorage requirements of Section 01340, submit a sketch <br />or description of the anchorage system. <br /> <br />F. Submit certified factory test report before equipment Is shipped. <br /> <br />G. Manuals: Provide In conformance with Section 16010. <br /> <br />H. Submit a certification to the pump manufacturer stating that appropriate data for the <br />driven motors and loads has been reviewed and that the VFD Is compatible with the <br />pumps (driven motors and loads) throughout the specified speed range. <br /> <br />r. Submit list of manufacturer's recommended spare parts. <br /> <br />J. Submit certified statement from the manufacturer accepting responsibility for <br />providing a fully functioning installation as specified herein. <br /> <br />K. Submit certified test reports of the VFD field tests. <br /> <br />1.04 COORDINATION <br /> <br />A. Motor: Obtain and review the appropriate data for the driven motor and load over <br />the required speed range, for a complete system analysis. Verify that equipment is <br />mutually compatible and free of resonance over the complete operating range. <br />Coordinate the assignment of any critical frequencies with the motor supplier per <br />Section 11002.
