<br />Attachment B <br /> <br />Method of Payment <br /> <br />Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center (PCRC) will provide detailed invoices, with evidence of <br />progress in achieving defined deliverables when requesting payment. <br /> <br />The contract will be paid in two installments: <br /> <br />. first installment to be invoiced by May 30, 2010 <br /> <br />. final installment to be invoiced upon completion of the project. <br /> <br />Grant Reporting <br /> <br />At the close of the project, PCRC will provide Redwood City 2020 with documentation of actions <br />taken and outcomes achieved during the term of the contract so a final report can be provided <br />to Silicon Valley Community Foundation. <br /> <br />Agreement over $1 OK 11 <br />City Attorney Approved Version 111803 <br />
