<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.1 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT <br />FOR COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT OF TARGETED POPULATION OF THE <br />NORTH FAIR OAKS REGIONAL PLANNING GRANT <br />Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center (PCRC) <br /> <br />~ This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the ~ day of <br />Ju. 2010, extending the agreement dated December 16, 2009 (the <br />"Agr ement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and <br />mu cipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), serving as fiscal agent for <br />Redwood City 2020 and Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center (PCRC), a non <br />profit organization ("Consultant) ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br />A. On December 16, 2009, the Parties executed the Agreement for <br />Community Engagement of Targeted Population of the North Fair Oaks Regional <br />Planning Grant and <br /> <br />B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of 3 months; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual <br />covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is <br />hereby extended for a period of 3 months ending on September 15, 2010. <br /> <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended <br />from time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br />pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall <br />include coverage for this Amendment. <br />
