<br />(3) That all of said construction shall comply in every <br />respect with applicable ordinances of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />(4) That all of said construction stiall be so placed as <br />to not encroach upon the proposed plan lines for <br />extensions of various streets as they affect this <br />property, including Carlos Avenue, as said streets <br />are delineated upon a plan line map prepared by the <br />office of the City Engineer of Redwood City. <br /> <br />(5) The property affected by the variance is described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at a point on the Southwesterly line of <br />El Camino Real distant thereon South 470 30' East <br />266.41 feet from the most northerly corner of the <br />Daniele Bo:i!celli 22 acre tract as the same is described <br />in the deed from Lizzie A.
