<br />NOWJ THEREFORE, THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY RESOLVES AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That the public convenience and necessity requires and <br />said Council hereby orders, all the work and improvements <br />described in Resolution of Intention No. 2074, passed and <br />adopted by said Council on July 30, 1956 J to be performed. <br />For further particulars as to the work and improvements herein <br />ordered to be done and for a description of the area proposed to <br />be assessed for said work and improvements, reference is hereby <br /> <br />made to said Resolution of Intention No, 2074 <br />office of the Clerk of Redwood City. <br />2. That the work and improvements hereinabove described <br />shall be done under the direction of the City Engineer of said <br />'City of Redwood CitYJ and that materials used therein shall <br />comply with the specifications heretofore adopted; and that the <br />assessments to be made in said proceedings shall be made and <br />signed by said City Engineer. <br /> <br />on file in the <br /> <br />* * * <br /> <br />-3- <br />
