Pennit to modify an existing wireless <br />telecommunications facility located on property that j.s owned by the City of Redwood City at 55-5 <br />California Way. Wireless communications facilities are permitted under Article 38.3 of the City of <br />Redwood City Zoning Code with the approval of a Use Permit, and under Article 38.5 with the approval <br />of an Architectural Permit. The subject property ;s comprised of approximately 105,100 square feet and <br />is located within the Residential Hillside/20,OOO square-foot minimum I.ot size (RH-20) Zoning District. <br />The existing faciHty consists of one (1) 18-foot taU monopole and a 10ft. x 16 ft. equipment shelter <br />enclosed by a 6-foot high chain link fence located adjacent to a water tank.
