Based on the bids received, staff believes the low bid <br />of $330,000.00 is reasonable and responsive, and recommends awarding the contract <br />to Casey Construction, Inc. <br /> <br />AL TERNA TlVES <br />Council may choose not to award the contract and direct staff to reject all bids. Projects <br />which are funded with stimulus grants must be completed within a very short time <br />period as a condition of receiving those funds.
