In order to meet our clients' needs, we are <br />offering custom functionality so that you can select those features that best serve your requirements. Our goal is to <br />adjust our products so that all of the above features will only be included when requested by the client. In the meantime, <br />you may receive these features in your newly deployed Granicus solution. We would like to set the expectation that we <br />will not be providing training or support on features that you have not elected to purchase. The language in this appendiX <br />takes precedence over your proposal, which may describe features not included in your solution.
