Budgeting assumes kickoff meeting, 3 face-to-face meetings, and 8 progress conference calls. <br /> <br />Task 2 Preliminary Research and System Review <br /> <br />Objective: Evaluate and review available information on the existing water system that defines its <br />capabilities and condition. <br /> <br />Work Tasks: <br /> <br />TASK 2.1 REVIEW AVAILABLE DATA <br /> <br />WY A will review available materials and supplement or update these materials as needed to gain a better <br />and more complete understanding of the major facilities in the City's water system, the basic operation of <br />the water system, existing facility status, demands, and demand trends. This work will include working <br />with City staff to identify and collect information, studies, reports, designs and operational data. This <br />information includes but is not limited to: <br /> <br />. "To scale" water distribution system mapping information including system schematic diagram, <br />distribution system map with pressure zones defined, atlas maps and distribution system <br />information in ESRI ArcGIS format including a parcel level base map with latest revisions, <br />identifying: <br /> <br />o Pipeline diameters, hydrants and valves <br /> <br />o Locations of pump stations, reservoirs, pressure reducing stations, and pressure <br />zone/adjoining system interties <br /> <br />o Location of all interties/turnouts to the SFPUC water system <br /> <br />o Location of all interties/turnouts to the City of Menlo Park, Belmont County Water <br />District and California Water Service Company's water system <br /> <br />October 22, 2009 <br /> <br />2 <br />
