Standard of Pertormance. Whif� perForming the Services, Gonsultant will <br /> exercisa the reasonable prafessional care and skill custornarily exercised by rep�table <br /> members of Consultarit's profession practicing in the urban Northern Cafifomia Area, <br /> and will use reasonable diligence and best judgment while exercising its professional <br /> skili and expertise. <br /> 3. Term.
