Placement of the bleachers should be on the <br />sidewalk adjacent to the Law Library. <br /> <br />Public Works: <br />Provide two street sweepers to be available at approximately 10:00 AM to pick up horse droppings <br />along the Parade Route and the designated horse lineup areas. <br /> <br />Provide traffic cones and street barricades for Parade route, Lineup area, and other traffic diversion <br />requirements as determined by the Police Department. The PCA will provide a list of times, <br />locations, and quantity of barricades needed for the Parade and Lineup area. Provide two (2) <br />temporary "No Left Turn" signs for use on Whipple Ave. <br /> <br />On July 4th, install American Flags along the Parade Route immediately before the Parade. The flags <br />are to be removed as soon as possible after the Parade to reduce the possibility of theft. We request <br />public works inventory existing flags before June 1, 2010 and advise the PCA of the number on <br />hand. <br /> <br />Collect temporary debris bins along the parade route after the parade. <br /> <br />Public Safety: <br /> <br />Reauested Parkin!!
