<br />I~ <br />11_' <br />Bkf <br /> <br />APPROACH <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A - SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />Exclusions <br /> <br />The following are excluded from BKF's scope of services: <br /> <br />Work beyond the deadline schedule. We understand the schedule is relatively short and <br />have budgeted for services only through the end of the tentative schedule. Should the <br />deadline be extended, any work beyond the tentative schedule deadline can be provided as <br />an additional service. <br /> <br />Major revisions to work or drawings that are substantially complete, provided such <br />revisions are not caused by the actions ofBKF are excluded. <br /> <br />Geotechnical Engineering services, utility potholing, and environmental reviews are <br />excluded .from this Scope of Services. <br /> <br />The City will provide any required site access clearance. BKF will provide necessary <br />project coordination, however we expect to work with the City to identify the correct <br />contact personnel on..site and obtain keys, etc. <br /> <br />Preliminary engineering plans are excluded. Exhibits and design will be limited to <br />schematic and conceptual level for the purposes of including in the report and calculating <br />an engineer's opinion of probable construction cost. <br /> <br />Locating property lines, right..of-way, or easement areas are excluded.
