Mechanically perform <br />. Maximum thiclmess of concrete slabs shall not exceed 6 inches <br />. Site concrete (3,000 +/- SF) <br />Asphalt paving (3,000 +/- SF) not to exceed 6" thick and does not contain fabric within or under (additional <br />costs may apply) <br />. Fencing <br />. Tree removal (tree removal permit by others) <br />. Catch basin <br />. Demolish and dispose of concrete and asphalt inside fence <br />. Demolish and dispose ofD1 and drain pipe inside fence <br />. Demolish and dispose of 300 LF of chain linl( fence inside fence <br />. Back drag berm @ fence line (1,500 LF) <br />. Scarify top 8" of the site inside of fence <br />. Does not include moisture conditioning or compaction inside fence <br />. Dust control including water <br />. Notify underground service alert <br />. One mobilization for each piece of equipment <br />. Ferma will help receive LEED Material & Resource Credit 2.2 by recycling 75% or more of non-hazardous <br />construction and demolition debris worth a maximum allowable 2 points <br /> <br />*Note: Fer/ua has not included backfill and compaction in this proposal. Ferma would like the opportunity to <br />manage the backfill and compaction program. <br /> <br />We are excludillJ!the following items: <br />.
