Plans and details shall be drafted using AutoCAD Version 2005 and shall be prepared <br />following standard Caltrans format as outlined in "Plans, Specification and Estimate <br />Guide" published by Caltrans. <br /> <br />5. The May 2006 edition of the Caltrans "Standard Specifications" and Caltrans "Standard <br />Plans" publications will be referenced in the project plans and specifications as <br />applicable. <br /> <br />6. Structural Technical Specifications will be limited to technical specifications related to <br />the replacement! rehabilitation alternative selected. The City will provide boiler plate <br />specifications and compile the structural technical specifications into the final project <br />specifications. <br /> <br />7. Topographic Surveys will be limited to immediate project area between the existing <br />fences for roughly 200 linear feet along the creek channel bounding the existing wall <br />limits. The surveys will include such items as the fence lines at each side of the creek, <br />top and bottom of slope, retaining walls, spot elevations and any above ground visible <br />utility structures in this area. Entry into backyards or private residential lots is not <br />included. <br /> <br />8. Boundary Easement information will be incorporated into the project base mapping based <br />on Title Reports for the area to be provided by the City. This item does not include <br />resolved boundary survey, resolving any discrepancies between field and record <br />information or setting property corners. If required these services can be provided as <br />Extra Work. <br /> <br />9. Hydraulic, Traffic and Right-of- Way Engineering are not anticipated to be required. <br /> <br />10. Construction support services are not included in the current scope of work. A separate <br />proposal to provide these services will be submitted upon completion of the 95% PS&E <br />submittal. <br /> <br />Please sign below and return to our office to authorize work to begin.
