<br />6.30 <br />Page 3 <br />Executive Benefits Summary will be proposed to include confidential classifications if <br />the classifiC?ation of Senior Human Resources Analyst is approved. <br /> <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. The Council could take no action and advise staff to continue use of existing job <br />descriptions. <br /> <br />2. The Council could advise staff to conduct further research and recommend <br />alternative organizational structure and classification changes. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The restructure will save the City's general fund budget approximately $168,000 in the <br />next fiscal year which represents a 12.60t'o reduction of the departments general fund <br />budget.
