The Council could take no action and advise staff to continue use of existing job <br />descriptions. <br /> <br />2. The Council could advise staff to conduct further research and recommend <br />alternative organizational structure and classification changes. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The restructure will save the City's general fund budget approximately $168,000 in the <br />next fiscal year which represents a 12.60t'o reduction of the departments general fund <br />budget.
