<br />6.18 <br />Page 5 <br /> <br />2.4 EQUIPMENT. Licensee shall be entitled to use the Xerox machine, office <br />furniture, tables and chairs. In the event that there is a need for additional <br />appliances or furniture, Licensee shall pay for complete costs. In the <br />event that there is a need for repair or replacement of appliances or <br />furniture, or any other item of mutual use, the Licensor and Licensee shall <br />share equally in the costs. No additional equipment for which costs will be <br />shared will be purchased without the prior consent of both parties. <br /> <br />. 2.5 USE OF PREMISES. Unless otherwise agreed to by Licensor in writing, <br />the Premises may be used only by Licensee and Licensee's agents, <br />customers, and contractors for the purposes state herein. Licensee <br />agrees not to use or permit use of the Premises for any unlawful purpose, <br />and not to commit or permit any waste or nuisance in or about the <br />Premises, or to cause structural injury to the Premises. Licensee at <br />his/her expense, shall keep the Premises in the same condition as it was <br />at the commencement of the License, except damage occasioned by <br />ordinary wear and tear. <br /> <br />2.6 KEYS AND LOCKS. Licensee shall be issued the necessary keys that <br />enable access to the Premises. Licensee will be required to complete all <br />necessary paperwork related to the issuance of the keys. <br /> <br />3. TERM. <br />The Agreement shall expire at either Party's option, upon written notification at <br />least thirty (30) days prior to the intended termination date to the Parties <br />specified below. <br /> <br />4. COMPENSATION AND SERVICES. <br /> <br />4.1 AMOUNT. The total fee for the License is Eight Hundred Dollars <br />($800.00) per month. No other compensation for the License will <br />be allowed except for items covered by subsequent amendments <br />to this Agreement. <br /> <br />4.2 TRANSPORTATION. Upon advance request by Licensee, Licensor will <br />provide Transportation services to members of the public seeking to <br />attend events held by Licensee. Transportation services will be provided <br />by Licensor at the rate of fifteen dollars per hour ($15.00) - to cover <br />driver's salary and maintenance expense. <br /> <br />4.3 UTILITIES AND EXPENSES.
