PREMISES. <br />Licensee shall use the Premises, as defined below, of providing adaptive art <br />services to individuals with disabilities. Any other space use will be scheduled <br />according to availability. The Licensor reserves the right to substitute alternate <br />Premises and/or times after providing Licensee with appropriate advance <br />notification. <br /> <br />CAA Expressive Performance: <br />Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (4 Days A Week) <br />11 :00 a.m.-1 :00 p.m. <br />Sequoia Room <br /> <br />CAA Music Video Class: <br />Mondays & Wednesdays <br />7PM-9PM <br />Computer Lecture Room I Computer Lab I Room 20 <br /> <br />Film Festival Prep Class: <br />Tuesdays & Thursdays <br />7PM-9PM <br />Computer Lecture Room I Computer Lab I Room 20 <br /> <br />OFFICE SPACE - On-Going <br />Room 25, I Monday-Friday 1 PM-8PM <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL EVENTS I CLASSES <br />Theatre & Redwood Room on Saturday I May 2200 from 6PM-9PM <br /> <br />2.1 LICENSOR'S RIGHT OF ENTRY AND INSPECTION OF PREMISES. <br />The Licensor reserves the right, by any agent or employee of its selection, <br />to enter upon the Premises at any and all reasonable times during the <br />term hereof for the purpose of inspecting the Premises and to ascertain <br />the condition thereof. <br /> <br />2.2 ALTERATIONS. The Licensee shall not make any alterations or structural <br />or other changes, including installation of major equipment and <br />appliances, in the Premises or any part thereof without the prior consent <br />of the Licensor. The Licensor may condition its consent to any condition <br />upon the termination of this Agreement. <br /> <br />2.3 MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS. . The Licensor will provide maintenance <br />and custodial services to keep the Premises in a clean, orderly and <br />sanitary condition. If damage to the Premises occurs the Licensee will <br />immediately contact the Licensor and report the problem.
