These funds are used to pay staff wages and benefits to administer Community <br />Development Block Grant, HOME, and other federal or state funds. This budget will provide <br />salaries, supplies and professional services necessary to implement the Consolidated Plan <br />priorities and strategies. <br /> <br />$100,000 CDBG Program Income <br />$ 75,000 CDSG Home Improvement Program Support: The City of Redwood City, <br />1017 Middlefield Road. These funds will pay program support costs for the operation of the <br />Housing Rehabilitation Loan Programs and Tenant Assistance Programs. Eligible costs are <br />limited to staff, supplies and support costs directly related to carrying out the loan programs. <br /> <br />$13,250 CDBG - Home Sharing Help & Information Program, Human Investment Project, <br />Inc., 2600 Middlefield Road. These funds will be used citywide to provide home sharing help, <br />matching people seeking housing with others willing to share their housing accommodations. <br /> <br />Total Human Services $420,098.65 <br /> <br />Additional Basic Human Needs and Intervention Programs will be provided by the Fair Oaks <br />Community Center funded by the City general fund, County of San Mateo and various <br />community foundations and events for information and referral and direct emergency services <br />to poverty level income households.. These services will primarily meet Priority # 3. <br /> <br />Priority # 4 .. Funding <br />criteria was adopted on January 26, 2010 after a joint meeting with the Planning Commission <br />was held to review the proposed Consolidated Plan Priorities on January 19, 2010.
