RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 87-42 NOV 24 1980 ORIGINAL RESOLUTION ANNEXING LANDS TO GENERAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1-64 OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND ORDERED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That there is presently on file in the office of the city Clerk a petition for the annexatio~ of the hereinafter described lands to Redwood city General Improvement District No. 1-64, a general improvement district established pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1128 of the city of Redwood City, as amended, which petition has been signed by at least 51 percent of the owners of all of the lands to be annexed. 2. That the Clerk of the city of Redwood City has checked the petition and has certified to this Council the sufficiency of the signatures on the petition which certification is presently on file in the office of the City Clerk. 3. That said petition was signed by all of the voters of the lands to be annexed as said term is defined in Section 222 of Ordinance No. 1128. 4. That pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 15 of Ordinance No. 1128, this Council did adopt Resolution No. 8730 fix'ing Monday, the 24th day of November, 1980, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Board of Supervisbrs Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall Street, Redwood city, California, as the time and place where the matter of annexing the hereinafter described lands to General Improvement District No. 1-64 of the city of Redwood City would be considered and all objections thereto would be heard. 5.
