That there is presently on file in the office of the city <br /> <br />Clerk a petition for the annexatio~ of the hereinafter described <br /> <br />lands to Redwood city General Improvement District No. 1-64, a <br /> <br />general improvement district established pursuant to the provisions <br /> <br />of Ordinance No. 1128 of the city of Redwood City, as amended, <br /> <br />which petition has been signed by at least 51 percent of the owners <br /> <br />of all of the lands to be annexed. <br /> <br />2. That the Clerk of the city of Redwood City has checked <br /> <br />the petition and has certified to this Council the sufficiency of <br /> <br />the signatures on the petition which certification is presently on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />3. That said petition was signed by all of the voters of <br /> <br />the lands to be annexed as said term is defined in Section 222 of <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 1128. <br /> <br />4. That pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 15 of Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 1128, this Council did adopt Resolution No. 8730 fix'ing Monday, <br /> <br />the 24th day of November, 1980, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m., <br /> <br />in the Board of Supervisbrs Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, <br /> <br />401 Marshall Street, Redwood city, California, as the time and place <br /> <br />where the matter of annexing the hereinafter described lands to <br /> <br />General Improvement District No. 1-64 of the city of Redwood City <br /> <br />would be considered and all objections thereto would be heard. <br /> <br />5. That the City Clerk did publish, post and mail copies of <br />
