That said hearing was held at the time and place stated above and no person owning land within the territory proposed for annexation appeared in opposition to or protested the proposed annexation. 7. That the public interest, convenience and necessity require the annexation of the hereinafter described lands to Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64, and that both said General Imrrovement District No. 1-64 and the lands to be annexed will be benefited by such annexation. 8. That the hereinafter described lands being annexed to Redwood City General Improvement District N6. 1-64 shall be subject to taxation for all district bonds of said General Improvement District No. 1-64 now outstanding or authorized. 9. That provision for compensation to the District for improvements heretofore constructed which are of benefit to the lands being annexed hereunder shall be made by agreement entered into between the District and the owner of the lands annexed here- under, the obligation for payment of which shall be both a personal obligation and shall run with the land. 10. That the lands which are hereby annexed to Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1-64 are situate in the City of Redwood city, County of San Mateo, State of California, and are more particularly described in "Exhibit A," attached hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein. 11. That the aforesaid lands shall be, and they hereby are, annexed to Redwood City General Improvement District No. 1~64. 12.
