Pipeline installation shall occur between 9:OOAM to 4:OOPM, M -F, <br />when the road may be closed. Any affected areas of paving and <br />Poplar Avenue P1-60 SFPUC Engineering July, 2009 STA 292+80 sidewalks shall be restored per Redwood City standards. <br />Management Bureau CCSF's Contractor shall conduct closed circuit television (CCTV) <br />inspection of the 6 -inch and 18 -inch existing sewer pipes which <br />cross the new proposed pipeline in Poplar Avenue. <br />B-3 Redwood City MOA 100318 PD JLO RH MAL.DQC <br />Trenchless crossing. CCSF shall submit 2 settlement monitoring <br />reports. The first report shall be submitted at the end of the first <br />Redwood Ave/Ebener SFPUC Engineering <br />month after the completion of the trenchless work. The second <br />Street P1-61 Management Bureau July, 2009 <br />STA 297+20 <br />report shall be submitted at the 11 month after the completion of <br />the trenchless work and, prior to the expiration of the 12 -month <br />warranty period. Any affected areas of paving and <br />Oak Avenue P1-62 Management Bureau July, 2009 <br />STA 302+60 <br />sidewalks shall be restored per Redwood City standards. <br />All construction, including restoration, shall occur during a single <br />season, between June 15 and August 15 only. CCSF's Contractor <br />shall maintain one 11 ft reversible lane open during work hours <br />(9AM to 2PM2), and two lanes open at all other times.
