WHEREAS, a more complete description of the proposed Project can be <br /> found in the Initial Study, the Negative Declaration and supporting documents <br /> located at the address set forth below; and <br /> WHEREAS, the proposed Initial Study and Negative Declaration describe <br /> and analyze the Project, the impact on the environment and measures related <br /> thereto; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board desires to adopt the Negative Declaration for <br /> purposes of compliance with CEQA and the State CEQA Guidelines. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> DIRECTORS OF THE PORT OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The recitals are true and correct. <br /> 2. The Notice of Intent to Adopt the Negative Declaration ("Notice of <br /> Intent") and the Negative Declaration and other documents required by <br /> law were mailed to all organizations and individuals who had previously <br /> requested notice and the Notice of Intent was duly posted on and off site <br /> (Declaration, Project CEQA File "PCF"). <br /> 3. The Notice of Intent specified the period during which comments could <br /> be received, the date, time and place of hearings on the Project, a brief <br /> description of the Project, its location and the address where copies of the <br /> proposed Negative Declaration were available for review (Notice of Intent, <br /> Declaration, PCF). <br /> 4.
