<br />REPORTING GUIDELINES: <br /> <br />CFY will submit bi-weekly data reports to RWC 2020 on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of <br />every month. This report will reflect all activities described in the attached Scope of <br />Work and work plan, as well as the number of clients and demographics of all <br />populations served. See Attachment B. Payment for services is continoent on timely <br />submission of bi-weekly reports. <br /> <br />AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS: <br />RWC 2020 may terminate this Understanding or a portion of the services referenced in <br />the Attachments due to unavailability of Federal, State, or County (BHRS) funds, by <br />providing written notice to CFY as soon as is reasonably possible after learning about <br />this unavailability of outside funding. <br /> <br />FUTURE YEAR PLANNING <br />Discussion of service implementation for future years will commence before the end of <br />the 2009-2010 Fiscal year. <br /> <br />Agreement over $1 OK <br />City Attorney Approved Version 012710 <br /> <br />12 <br />
