While she supports the purchase of <br />a sound system, she looks to staff to carefully ponder expanding government's role <br />when staff numbers are decreasing. Professional services agreement for pump control instrumentation and <br />programming for the Redwood City Recycled Water Project. <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve, by motion, a professional services agreement with The EDDCO <br />Group, Inc. (EDCCO) of San Carlos for construction support services for <br />software programming and electrical system integration to monitor and control <br />new pumps for the Redwood City Recycled Water Project -Distribution Pump <br />Station (DPS) Capacity Increase for an amount not to exceed $168,520 and <br />authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount up to 10% if <br />necessary.
