Recommendation: <br />By motion the City Council authorizes the execution of a contract with the <br />Sequoia Union High School District to provide a School Resource Officer four <br />days a week at Sequoia High School for the school year 2009-2010. The <br />School District agrees to compensate the City of Redwood City $30,000 for <br />these services. Minute Order 10-075 <br />F. Amendment No. 3 to the agreement with the Kastrop Group, Inc. <br />for professional services related to the renovation of the Main Library. <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve, by motion, Amendment No. 3 to the agreement with The Kastrop <br />Group, Inc. in the amount of $10,946.65 for a total not-to-exceed contract value <br />of $113,196.65. Minute Order 10-076 <br />G. Crossing Guard Service Contract. <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve cone-year amendment to the agreement between the City <br />of Redwood City and All City Management Services to provide crossing guard <br />service for fiscal year 2010-2011, and authorize the Chief of Police or his <br />designee to execute all documents with regard to the Agreement. <br />Minute Order 10-077 <br />H. Redwood Creek/Inner Harbor economic development. <br />Recommendation: <br />Authorize the City Manager to execute professional services contract <br />amendments: <br />1) Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Village Solutions for continuation <br />of data preparation and analysis for subsequent use in development and <br />implementation of economic development strategies Minute Order 10-078 <br />2) Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Hart Howerton for continuation of <br />pre-planning and strategy development for draft General Plan Policy BE- <br />17.4 and Program BE 13- Redwood Creek/Inner Harbor. <br />Minute Order 10-079 <br />I. Amendment to Hidden Villa Contract with Redwood City to provide <br />environmental science enrichment programs in local schools. <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve Amendment No.1 to the contract with Hidden Villa and <br />authorize the City Manager to execute the amended contract. <br />Minute Order 10-080 <br />6.2 Final Acceptances <br />A.
