Redwood City Recycled Water Distribution Pump Station Expansion October 7, 2009 Page 4 of 4 PROJECT EXECUTION SUPPORT (2) This will include ongoing program tuning, modifications, and data retrieval through the end of the 30 day test: POST PROJECT SUPPORT (2) No funds budgeted. Post-project support beyond the end of the 30 day test will be supported as long as budgeted funds exist. Any hours in excess will be billed to Operations. The attached fee estimate (schedule B) of $102,430.00 is based upon our best estimate of the hours required to successfully complete the project based upon the deliverables that have been furnished to date. The project will be billed for actual hours accrued at the rates indicated on the attached fee scope. Any hours and/or tasks not required for the execution will not be billed. COMBINED FEE ESTIMATE The attached fee estimates (schedules A & B) of $168,520.00 is based upon our best estimate of the hours required to successfully complete the project based upon the deliverables that have been furnished to date. The project will be billed for actual hours accrued at the rates indicated on the attached fee scope. Any hours and/or tasks not required for the execution will not be billed. The EDCCO Group carries insurance for General Liability ($1 Million) , Professional Liability ($1 Million), Excess Liability ($1 Million to cover $2 million aggregate), Automobile Liability including hired and non-owned vehicles ($1 Million), and Worker's Comp ($1 Million).
