See the
two attached exhibits for the project limits at each site.

Project Summary:

Stafford Park
. Remove sand material from two areas.
. Remove small circular concrete water feature because of safety fall zone
issues. Replace with a spray or mist element.
. Replace sand areas with rubberized safety surfacing or fibar.
. Look into patterning safety surfacing that would be complementary to the
surrounding play features that will remain.

Maddux Park
. Remove sand material from play area.
. Keep existing water channel feature and integrate with surrounding play
elements and adjacent planting areas.
. Keep existing raised concrete curb that is in good shape.
. It appears that there will be space available to add new play elements
between the water channel and the surrounding containment area.
. Strive to keep a water theme with the modifications.

Scope of Work and Fee

Work Task

Fee

I. Base Maps T&M $ 600.00
A.
