05/24/2010 <br />a maximum annual assessment equal to the year with the largest projected budget, <br />without further property owners election during such 5 -year period; ballots for which <br />election shall be mailed or submitted to the City Clerk on or before the time and date of <br />the public hearing upon the proposed assessments hereinafter set forth. <br />(c) The Notice of Proposed Assessment and Property Owner Ballot to be <br />mailed to the owners of property proposed to be assessed shall be in the form of <br />Exhibit "C ", attached hereto and incorporated herein, which Notice and Ballot are <br />hereby approved. <br />(d) The Notice of Election and Hearing to be published, posted and mailed to <br />the owners of property proposed to be assessed shall be in the form of Exhibit "D ", <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein, which Notice is hereby approved. <br />(e) Public hearing upon the proposed assessments shall be held upon the <br />date and at the time and place hereinafter specified, upon the conclusion of which <br />hearing this Council shall consider all protests against the proposed assessment and <br />tabulate the ballots: <br />Date: July 12, 2010 <br />Time: 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard <br />Place: City Hall <br />1017 Middlefield Road <br />Redwood City, California <br />3. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to give notice of said <br />election and hearing by causing a copy of the notice of the election and hearing (in the <br />form of Exhibit D) to be (i) mailed, postage prepaid, to the owners of any lot or parcel of <br />property subject to a benefit assessment for the costs of maintenance and operation of <br />the Improvements, (ii) published once in the official newspaper of the City and (iii) <br />#15023 <br />Muff #507 <br />
