LLC for the Saltworks Project <br /> Eric Walther will coordinate the peer review of the risk of upset report with the selected expert. <br /> Task 6 Project Scoping #1 <br /> Task 6.4 Scoping Meetings <br /> Sierra shall participate in the planning of and presentation (by the Project Manager) at the assigned public <br /> scoping meetings, providing input and insight regarding Air Quality, Public Health and Public Safety. <br /> This activity will generate the information to be developed into display boards and handouts of the key air <br /> quality /public health and public safety issues and Redwood City environmental review process that will <br /> be used to determine the potential air quality /public health and public safety impacts of the Project. The <br /> information will be designed to communicate the complex technical air quality /public health analysis and <br /> review process and public safety review process into clear language understandable by the general public, <br /> but will not include findings of fact, emissions calculations, or conclusions at this scoping stage of the <br /> environmental review. This activity includes preparation, travel, and participation at the Scoping Meeting <br /> for one Sierra employee. <br /> Task 6.5 Scoping Report <br /> Sierra shall review the administrative draft scoping report. Sierra shall provide a memo, in coordination <br /> with Ascent Environmental, to HBA documenting their findings and recommendations related to air <br /> quality, emissions and risk, and potential releases of acutely hazardous substances prior to completion of <br /> the draft scoping report. <br /> Saltworks Project Task Order No. 001 Page 4 <br />
