The outline shall reference reports, minutes, and <br /> memoranda that provide information and details not appropriate for an outline. <br /> 4.8 Environmental Analysis Methodology <br /> SOJ will provide strategic advice to the City and Fehr & Peers as requested for purposes of assisting Fehr <br /> & Peer's assessing the Project's travel demand characteristics and associated environmental impacts. <br /> 4.9 Project Setting <br /> Fehr & Peers will prepare the project setting section related to transportation. SOJ will participate to the <br /> extent that any existing transit conditions or physical site conditions may need to be described or <br /> identified that affect the Project's proposed streetcar or local transit circulator, including a description of <br /> what is described as a future streetcar system in the City's General Plan. <br /> SOJ will assist Fehr & Peers as appropriate to prepare the project setting as it relates to streetcar or local <br /> transit circulators <br /> Task 4 Deliverables: <br /> • Draft Setting /Existing conditions transportation section content as it relates to streetcar or <br /> local transit circulators. <br /> Task 6 Project Scoping #1 <br /> Task 6.7 Scoping of Potential Alternatives Report <br /> The ECT shall prepare Alternatives Development Report based on data collected during the scoping <br /> meetings. SOJ will assist Fehr & Peers in areas pertaining to transit, streetcar, and local circulator for <br /> various alternatives.
