1.6 Program Reporting and Invoicing <br /> Progress Reports <br /> The ECT shall prepare and submit Progress Reports throughout the term of the Project. The Progress <br /> Report template may be modified from time to time, as appropriate. <br /> Invoicing <br /> The ECT shall submit a monthly Progress Report and invoice to the City including the direct cost items <br /> and subcontractors. A Progress Report shall be provided to the ERMT to monitor the scope, the schedule, <br /> and issues with resolutions. <br /> 1.7 Program Safety Plan (complete) <br /> The ECT shall prepare the Program Safety Plan that shall establish procedures for the ECT while in the <br /> field. The procedures shall include required equipment, reporting, and safety training to be conducted <br /> prior to the ECT conducting fieldwork. Safety training programs shall be developed and implemented in <br /> anticipation of Task 7.1 and shall include the requirements of the Program Safety Plan as well as Cargill <br /> site safety procedures. Field personnel shall complete safety training prior to conducting outings. <br /> Training shall include general site safety procedures as well as CPR and first aid training. Safety <br /> equipment shall be maintained and utilized during outings. <br /> 1.8 Program Coordination <br /> Program coordination shall be managed by the ECT Program Manager throughout the term of the <br /> contract. Coordination shall be conducted with the City Project Manager, ERMT, City Council, City <br /> Planning Commission, agencies, and the Applicant. Five (5) days per month each are assumed for the <br /> ECT Manager and Assistant ECT Manager. <br /> City Project Manager - The ECT's Program Manager shall communicate with the City Project Manager <br /> as required to maintain City awareness of Project activities, deliverables, and issues. These <br /> communications shall be maintained throughout the term of the Project. <br /> ERMT - The ECT's Program Manager and Assistant Program Manager shall participate in ERMT <br /> meetings. <br /> City Council - The ECT's Program Manager shall attend City Council meetings as directed by the City <br /> Project Manager. <br /> Planning Commission - The ECT's Project Manager shall attend Planning Commission meetings as <br /> directed by the City's Project Manager. <br /> Agencies - The ECT's Program Manager and Assistant Program Manager shall attend meetings with <br /> federal, state, and local agencies as directed by the City's Project Manager. <br /> Applicant - The ECT's Program Manager and Assistant Program Manager shall participate in meetings <br /> with the Applicant as directed by the City's Project Manager. <br /> 1.9 Task Order Development <br /> The ECT shall prepare Task Orders including scope, schedule, and budget for future phases of the Project <br /> program in coordination with the City's Project Manager.
