<br /> The ADEIR will include a summary, introduction, project description, environmental analysis, CEQA
<br /> mandated discussions, and potential mitigation measures. Each environmental analysis section will
<br /> include a setting, thresholds, methodology, and environmental analysis. The alternatives analyzed in the
<br /> ADEIR, at a minimum, will include No Project and Full Site Restoration. Up to two additional
<br /> alternatives may be evaluated that avoid or reduce environmental impacts based on the environmental
<br /> analysis. An Alternatives workshop will be conducted.
<br /> The ADEIR will be provided to the City and ERMT for review and feedback. The ECT shall revise the
<br /> ADEIR as directed by the City.
