7'A. 7 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />Scope of Services to be provided by City of Redwood City <br />to Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City <br />The City shall provide the following services to the Redevelopment Agency <br />during the term of this agreement: <br />The following percentages of time of the listed City staff (including these <br />percentages of all the costs listed under object codes 1 -29 in the City budget system <br />applicable to the position): <br />• 100% of the Community Development Services Manager (Planning and <br />Redevelopment Manager) <br />• 100% of the Community Development Services Supervisor (Downtown <br />Development Manager) <br />• 100% of the Community Development Services Supervisor (Economic <br />Development Coordinator) <br />• 100% of a Management Analyst <br />• 100% of a Contract Planning and Redevelopment Specialist <br />• 50% of a Housing and Economic Development Specialist II <br />• 85% of the Community Development Services Supervisor (Housing Coordinator) <br />• 5% of a Secretary <br />• 65% of a Secretary <br />• 100% of a Senior Planner <br />• 50% of a Community Development Services Supervisor (Principal Planner) <br />• 40% of a second Community Development Services Supervisor (Principal <br />Planner) <br />• 50% of a second Senior Planner <br />• 20% of an Associate Planner <br />• 10% of an Assistant Planner <br />• 50% of a Contract Building Inspector <br />• 100% of a paraprofessional <br />• 50% of the Community Development Services Director <br />• 15% of the City Manager <br />• 15% of a Senior Accountant <br />• 15% of an Executive Assistant <br />• 10% of the Finance director <br />• 5% of the Financial Services Manager <br />• 15% of the Assistant City Attorney <br />In addition to the preceding, the City agrees to provide the services of: <br />• 2,000 hours of an Administrative Intern's time <br />F:Atty /Agr /Agr.087 <br />010703 4 <br />
