4,0 <br />City further agrees to provide purchase of supplies and services as defined under <br />object codes 30, 31, 33,34,36,39,40,41,46 and 48 within the City's budget system. <br />City agrees to provide services to the Agency in the execution and operation of <br />professional service agreements as defined by object code 50 in the City budget <br />system. <br />City agrees to provide services relating to the organization and scheduling of <br />trainings, meetings and conferences by the Agency as defined by object codes 55 -57 <br />inclusive in the City budget system. <br />City agrees to provide accounting services to the Agency in the payment of <br />charges to other agencies, as defined by object code 58 in the City budget system. <br />City agrees to provide services relating to the payment of attorney fees as <br />defined by object code 61 in the City budget system. <br />City agrees to provide a physical place for Agency to operate and the <br />administrative structure to enable the Agency to function as defined by object codes 71- <br />78 inclusive and object code 95 in the City budget system. <br />F:Atty /Agr /Agr.087 <br />010703 5 <br />
