Fiscal Impact <br />The total estimated Program cost foP this coming year is $77,000. As budgeted, 50 <br />percent of the Program will be financed with matching "Local Transportation Services" <br />funds, as part of the County's Congestion Relief Plan through C /CAG. The remaining <br />costs will continue to be funded by the Traffic Mitigation Fees Fund. <br />Funds in the amount of $38,500 (the City's 50% share) are currently available for the <br />City's portion of the Program cost in the Shuttle Bus Services Program of the 2002 -2003 <br />Capital Improvement Program Budget, as part of the Traffic Mitigation Fees Fund. <br />Richard K.
