Thanked everyone for attending <br />. Introduced elected/appointed officials present and their role in the meeting <br />. Introduced PCRC and their role <br />. Stated the purpose of the meeting and expectations <br />. Outlined the agenda for the meeting <br /> <br />Chu Chang provided a presentation on the High Speed Rail Alternatives Analysis and <br />answered questions from participants. <br /> <br />Facilitators from the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center (PCRC) facilitated six small group <br />discussions guided around the following questions: <br />Questions: <br />1.
