Retention is due and payable within sixty (60) days of the <br />completion of our portion of the work. Interest will be charged at the rate of 1.5% per month on past due <br />accounts. <br /> <br />Oualificatiolls: <br />· BAAQMD requires that the company that is actually going to perform the demolition work must be listed as <br />the contractor performing the demolition <br />Notification of utility companies regarding disconnect of service and meter by others <br />Site shall be left rough graded with all concrete, masonry, asphalt, debris, roots, etc. in excess of 3" cross- <br />section removed <br />. Stand-by time may be incun-ed for sitting machines if work stoppage occurs due to non-Femla related <br />causes. <br />· Additional mobilization, if required, will be charged at $1,500.00 each occurrence <br />· Ferma Corporation excludes "All Risk/Builder's Risk" insurance coverage <br />.
