I . 2. ENTRY MODIFICATIONS A. Full compensation will be paid for providing all the required work done at the contract lump sum price for the new door, gate assemblies, and electrical modifications under this bid item. B. Work shall be inclusive of all preparatory work for the installation of the required work for the entry modifications. This shall be inclusive of the work required for furnishing and installing the new door assembly, hardware, all associated electrical work for the electrical door hardware, and coordination with the City's third party hardware vendor. This item shall also be inclusive of the required work for furnishing and installing the new gate assembly, hardware, all of its associated electrical work, and coordination with the City's third party hardware vendor, for the new gate assembly, as called for in the documents. 3. MODIFICATIONS, GLAZING, PAINTING, FINISHES A. Full compensation will be paid for providing all the required work done at the contract lump sum price for the required modifications, glazing, painting, and finishes. B. Under this bid item, all work for the modifications required for the installation of the glazing at the existing counter, as shown and noted, shall be provided. This shall be inclusive of the required blocking, posts, openings in glazing, tinting, and all noted hardware and appurtenances that are associated with this work. The painting and finishes for this are as also included under this bid item. This work shall be inclusive of painting the entire wall where the new door is being installed on both sides. The entire back wall of the enclosed counter area shall be painted. The office area wall affected by the installation 'shall also be painted. The City will provide the Kelly Moore paint numbers to be used I provided by the Contractor. In addition, also under this bid item, the contractor shall furnish and install vinyl floor tile, for patching the floor area, where the new door assembly was installed. 5
