The arrangement of mechanical <br />equipment and appurtenant piping shown on the Drawings may be varied as <br />necessary to fit the favorably reviewed certified manufacturer's installation drawings. <br />However, manufacturers' drawings shall not deviate in substance from the Contract <br />Drawings and Specifications as to location, size, type, and design of equipment. <br />The following minimum requirements shall accompany all equipment submissions: <br />1. Overall dimensions. <br />2. Mounting arrangement and dimensions. <br />3. Description of materials. <br />4. Connection sizes and orientation. <br />5. Capacity and location of lifting eyes. <br />6. Motor arrangement showing location of electrical connections. <br />7. Rating data - Mechanical and Electrical as applicable. <br />8. Detail electrical wiring diagrams, showing component designation and rating. <br />9. Seismic design certifications and anchorage descriptions. <br />10. Motor data. <br />11. List of special tools and/or spare parts to be furnished, if any. <br /> <br />C. Each piece of equipment, for which certified witnessed or non-witnessed <br />performance tests are required, shall be accompanied by a completed form <br />containing at least the following information: <br />1. Owner's name and location of project. <br />2. Contractor's name and subcontractor if applicable. <br />3. Name of item being submitted. <br />4. Specification reference by section, paragraph, and page. <br />5. Data on item (manufacturer, general descriptive data, dimensions, size of <br />connections, speeds, performance curves, serial number). A specific list of the <br />test results plus a list which shows the values that differ from Specifications. <br />6. Motor data, type, voltage, frequency, phase, full load amperes, starting method, <br />frame size, enclosure insulation type (NEMA Code letter), dimensions, service <br />factor, serial number. <br />7. Date and signature of person certifying the performance. <br /> <br />D. Operation and Maintenance Manuals: Prepare and submit instruction manuals <br />covering installation, operation, and maintenance of all equipment and machinery in <br />accordance with Section OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE DATA AND SPARE <br />PARTS. <br /> <br />E. Manufacturers' Certificates: Refer to Section VERTICAL TURBINE PUMPS. <br /> <br />1.05 RESPONSIBILITY AND CARE OF EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />A.
